Tracking
The shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. Delivery estimates count business days from dispatch.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, write to us within 48 hours with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund within 5 business days.
