How to return

1. Put the item back in its dust bag and box.
2. Attach the prepaid return label from the parcel and drop it at any point of the carrier printed on it.
3. Email us the tracking number. The refund reaches your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Order the new colour or size and return the first item. The new one ships within 24 hours, the first is refunded once it is back.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement at once or refund in full.

Warranty

Hardware and stitching are covered for 2 years against defects in normal use. Wear, scratches and colour change from use are not defects. Write to us with a photo and your order number.
