What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and the items ordered. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments and never reach our servers.
When you browse, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, subject to your cookie choice.
How we use it
To ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, answer your messages, and, if you subscribed, send at most one newsletter a week. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by writing to hello@ashfordclay.com. We answer within one business day and act within 30 days.
