How do I care for the leather?

Wipe with a dry cloth. Condition twice a year with a neutral leather balm. Keep away from radiators and direct sun. The journal has a full care guide.

Will the colour change over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The leather darkens with handling and light over the first months, and develops a slight sheen where the hands touch. That is full-grain doing what it does, and it is why two bags bought a year apart never look identical.

Do the bags come with a dust bag?

Yes. Every bag, briefcase and case ships in a cotton dust bag inside a box.

Can I get the product in another colour?

Three models come in two leathers, Havane and Arabica: the two garment duffels and the toiletry bag. Everything else is made in a single finish, so there is no colour to choose on those pages.

Is every item checked before it ships?

Yes. Each piece is inspected individually at the workshop before it leaves, and photographed as it is packed. We receive that confirmation and the photograph for every order, so what goes into the box is documented rather than assumed. If something is not right, it does not ship.

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days in the United States, 3 to 6 in Canada, 5 to 9 in Australia, 3 to 5 in the United Kingdom and 3 to 6 in Switzerland and the European Union.
