Cabin bag sizes by airline in 2026, and which weekender fits
The cabin limits of the airlines most of our customers fly, in centimetres, and which of our bags clears each one.

Overhead locker limits
Figures from each airline's published policy in September 2026. Check before you fly, low-cost carriers change them often.
- American, Delta, United: 56 x 36 x 23 cm.
- British Airways: 56 x 45 x 25 cm.
- Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian: 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
- Air France, KLM: 55 x 35 x 25 cm.
- easyJet: 56 x 45 x 25 cm, paid. Ryanair: 55 x 40 x 20 cm, paid.
Which weekender clears which limit
The Weekender Compact is 48 x 26 x 24 cm. It clears every overhead limit above and, on its side, most under-seat limits. The Garment Duffel folded is 55 x 35 x 22 cm, inside every limit above but tight on Ryanair's 20 cm depth when packed full. The Weekender Large is 56 x 30 x 26 cm and goes in the overhead locker on the US carriers, British Airways and easyJet, but exceeds the Lufthansa group's 23 cm depth when full.
Soft bags and the sizer
A leather weekender compresses. Packing cubes keep the shape but reduce the give, so if you expect a sizer, pack the bag to 90 percent and leave the cubes out of the top layer.
